A suggestion for the white house in anticipation of a possible transfer of responsibility (power to some) is they remove and destroy (Similar to how a phone might meet its demise by hammer.) the shredder. That would delay the anticipated shredding of the Constitution for a day. That will disrupt the transfer and result in massive confusion across America.
