U.S.S.R. (1) = Largest, in terms of geography, safe space that has existed so far for mankind. Was born (figuratively) in 1922. It very much ended (literally) in 1991. After which it might be interpreted that the components of the union went their own way and became less safe with more individualistic freedom. You decide.
