To keep my cynical wit as sharp as a tack, I am practicing with this tidbit. (1) Social Security and OIG Hold 5th Annual National 'Slam the Scam' Day. Yes, just as 'everyone' might imagine, the first 4 attempts to end the SSA scam didn't work. Consistency? Think there will be a 6th? If they have anything to do with it! Let's jump "Back to the Future" (2) to the 1,000,000th annual event. It can happen. Rod Serling (3) was prophetic (inversely) in the introduction to the TV series he hosted, The Twilight Zone, with the request "Imagine if you will?" Unfortunately, government has made the request a moot issue. Imagination is no longer required.
