In another words, do whatever you want to do. This methodology may be described as and used in diplomacy.
This reminds me of a man named Chamberlain who reached a similarly structured agreement with a man named Hitler. And peace prevailed until shortly thereafter war commenced.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
