Liberals, progressives have confused, perhaps deliberately, the difference between justice and jealousy.
If liberals, progressives believe that your condition is due to others decisions, then it is logical to blame two unknown people for not being your parents in lieu of the parents you have who have disappointedly left you in the current circumstances.
That scenario (blaming actual parents, who also may not be responsible) is closer to justice and reality than attaching blame to two unknown people.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
