Censorship seems to be a psychopathy of hate and/or fear. In the most basic form censorship requires conducting the behavior that is unwanted. For example, to censor books, read the book and determine others should not read the book.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
