Before I too am protected from cultural appropriation by the most common method proscribed by enthusiasts enthralled by the goal of preventing anyone from using in any method or situation a culture of anyone else by forcing everyone else to not mention the culture again, let me tell you the culture of which I am a part. .............
The following is secretly released by me: It's too late. I've been culturally protected (erased). Along with the infinitely endless list of unnamed cultures they are protecting from appropriation. None of which, as a result, will mankind ever hear about forever more. Just as diamonds, it is rumored, are forever. (1)(2) So too is the protection against cultural appropriation.
Yes, logic & reason do not exist in this ideology. Perhaps this intellectual field should be called Appropriation Ideology (AI). No one would get that confused with something else.
If you ask these courageous defenders, what is their culture? Anticipate a confused look on their faces.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
