For certain this sounds obvious but enjoy till at least my heart and your heart also, if you are so inclined, is/are content. People do not (1) disagree with things they agree with (2). Apply this logic liberally. And ignore the benefit of anyone's doubt.
(1) A person is lying when their non disagreement is because they do not want someone to know they actually agree.
(2) Politicians specifically are well versed in the application of this tactic.
