It is feasible that someday many, who blame men will realize they are absolutely correct. As has been since the beginning men are responsible thus, they are to be blamed. For this issue the downside (half-full side) of logic reasonably means that others are not responsible despite their epic protestations. Equality / that equity thing can be realized by those wanting it when they perform responsibly to claim it. Blaming someone, anyone means that they themselves are not responsible for it. Whatever "it" (equality/equity means) it is not within their reach at that moment!

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
