Ironic but believable, is it not? During this era where are the dregs of society more likely to be located? Both outside and inside institutions of ill-repute. Institutions that much of the time are housed in buildings identified as government. Some participants are there because they have committed crimes and others are there to commit crimes. This situation could be used as case study of the "birds of a feather flock together" theory.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
