Many members of congress are examples of tax philanthropists. Very much concerned about causes that never have and never will be solved with money. Perhaps it hasn't been spent the right way? The next group of fools will get it right. This behavior is similar to the political outcome of leftism. It always fails not because it does not work. It fails because it wasn't done correctly. Next time will be the right way.
