There are those who will complain persistently about something perpetually and do nothing personally to correct it. Which means the issue doesn’t really matter to them. For example, climate change in all of its morphed forms. This issue is so everlasting it once was satirically described as “the sky is falling”, which if you think hard enough (scientifically) about it, it can appropriately be considered its natural state.
