Philosophical questions about the Dept of Homeland (In)Security?
If there is a high probability of finding a terrorist by profiling, thus keeping the haystack as small as possible, why would you make the haystack bigger?
Answers:
1. You don’t want to or care if you find the needle.
2. You want more people looking for the needle.
3. You don’t care if people get hurt when you don’t or can’t find the needle.
4. There is no purpose to the whole process except to provide jobs with no expected results.

At a higher altitude the question wisps past me causing me to wonder if there are no chemtrails why at low altitude are there catalytic converters used to modify chemtrails (car exhaust)? And an even bigger question is why people would think chimney (smokestack) chemtrails exist. Seeing is not believing?
