There seems to be a misunderstanding. When one grows older their wisdom increases. An important contribution to this phenomenon until lately is the individual’s expansion of knowledge. That “growth” allows them to focus on what they discover and distinguish to be “what matters” from what will ultimately be determined to be fads or fancy ideas. The development of wisdom today is stifled for the very reason the stifled do not gain wisdom. Many have put their minds into a “safe space” that cannot expand knowledge thus nurture wisdom. Their minds are in the metaphorical padded room. Or, to an extreme, they are still mentally, intellectually children.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
