The behavior of Letitia James described by Jonathan Turley in the article referenced below is an obsessive behavior. Mr. Turley ‘s remarks included the phrase “there is also this question of just overkill”. Perhaps the words “just overkill” history may determine should have been stated “just kill over”. Obsession can be quite the extraordinary catalyst of any type of action. Whether legal or not.
