Liberals, leftists, democrats have a fear of two types of persons. Persons who do not think like they do and persons who do think like they do. Especially if it is the same person. The liberals perceive that a person who does not share and is not controlled by their ideology are a danger and also realize that same person if ultimately finds it necessary to think the way liberals think about controlling other people, that person will apply the liberal policy (chaos, destruction, death) on the liberals. Metaphorically liberalism, leftism et. al. in this mental context are two polar forces crushing their thoughts into contradictions. Schizophrenia?.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
