This philosophical comment addresses a very large, and perhaps is the very essence of the impediment that the ideologies of leftism, liberalism, communism et. al. face. At the functional level over time they are unable to realize they cannot and do not recognize and solve their own problems. It prevents them from finding rational methods to solve society’s problems. The hurdle is their practiced behavior of not acknowledging when they are not right(correct). Or, stated differently, their mental state prevents them from realizing when what they are doing is not solving the problem at hand. When failure inevitably happens, that perception results in the comment, it wasn’t done right (correctly) this time, but it will be done right the next time. That comment could be a metaphor for the definition of insanity.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. Can there be identified anything that is useless before one's encounter with such note (source)?

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
