During this period when people are openly indicating they cannot distinguish between a male and female it is very likely they cannot distinguish between biased and unbiased.
For example:
If a person claims they will conduct experiments to determine if something does happen, they are biased.
If a person claims they will conduct experiments to determine if something does not happen, they are biased.
If a person claims they will conduct experiments to determine what happens, they are closer than the other two options because the result can go either way. Neither is expected.
Consciously or subconsciously, there is a mental push/pull to identify the aspects that will substantiate the outcome anticipated.

Government appears to make the decisions about taxation as if they cannot live without them taxes. It seems logical that it should occur to themselves that the same circumstances will develop between themselves and the whole remaining society who become unable to live without those taxes. Ultimately the lives to be taxed will trade positions.

Can't imagine that the "physical" verbal action of accusing another of racism with the accused being guilty of a mental "nonphysical" act assumed and founded on an assumption that the accused thinks about racism is not likely an accusation made that is not a learned practice of racism, likely through racist. A mirror's image of our/their selves. A side's perception varies on their opinion.
