Notice liberals, progressives always bully others when the liberals know they can get away with it. Russia has an anti-gay policy, why doesn’t Kerry send a delegation to Russia to set them straight? While Kerry is at it, maybe he should threaten to send legally joined gay couples to Russia to really screw up the Russians.
