Wokists, leftists, liberals, progressives and others spend a significant amount of time hiding from what they are compelled to look for even though they think/know they are afraid of what they will find, “it”. “It” could be named insanity!
For example: Claim an election was won. Then spend every possible moment, express every possible reason not to see, make every possible excuse, create every possible obstacle to avoid looking at the ballots. The ballots which logically would prove the claim of winning. Unless, there is the metaphorical little birdie whispering in their ears. Wonder what those birdies are whispering? “Insanity, perhaps?”

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
