When the people who are working as government have imposed so many laws, rules, regulations, codes, orders, directives and every other form of control which places every citizen in the position of law breaker, what do those people expect to happen next? I shall gladly acknowledge that “they have built that”.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
