With tongue planted in cheek long enough to say that the flat thought society1 running San Francisco applies a policy of logic that requires issuing fines to those who can pay and not-so-fine(s) to those who cannot pay. Sounds logical. The devil is in the details.

This Sunday today my Lord's Day I wish all my friends well and in His grace. I pray there are fewer maybe none who this moment wishes upon me and friends their hell. The offer to be friends is open always controlled by a personal responsibility decision.
Moral: friends always wish you well both coming and going.
For the Canada friends some do not behave as friends.
