The good news is not bad. It must be noted in the chronicles of history that “news” has become comic skits or comical routines. I find myself chuckling after more of the articles/stories that I read or hear than to which I sob in despair afterwards. This seems to be a plus for my mental health. Self-diagnosis perhaps is questionable.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
