In most of the recent stories about abuse of women what has been missing? Individual courage.
A current example is Alec Baldwin who was interviewed by PBS “journalist” Jeffery Brown. The following quote reveals Mr. Baldwin’s failure to demonstrate courage when given the opportunity: “When women take money and are silenced by that money, even though they took the money and were silenced because they were told, beyond the money, it was the right thing for them to do, keep quiet, don’t make too many waves, it is going to hurt your career, when they do it, nonetheless, does it set back the cause of change?”
To be courageous Baldwin would have made a definitive statement. Not an open question. A statement would have required courage.
It is logical to declare that if a person does not raise an issue, the issue will not be addressed. Therefore, the cause remains static.
Even more important in this situation is what will be the impact of the decision on the individual’s principles. Some may call those principles the individual’s soul. Mr. Baldwin may be using the same argument used by the abuser to obtain a settlement. That argument is, “it is going to hurt your career”. It may hurt an individual’s career to make the complaint. The more important question for the individual is, what will the decision do to your principles therefore their soul? Will the individual compromise themself?

Please bear with me as I venture for only a moment in my vision of Donald J Trump's vision (my assumption) of America. I believe I can convey the essence by being direct to the point in an abstractly constructed question. The question, if I am correct, clears away intellectual diversions. What is the potential productive capability and achievable capacity of all American citizens who want to work with their vision untethered? If it is of similar drive and self-motivation as his own, the debt (and deficit) can become things of the past sooner than later. That last statement is my opinion. Enjoy it if you like. Shrug it off if you don't like. Free will in a free society provides the opportunities to do what you want and think what you want. As long as you do not hurt someone doing that freedom stuff.

There is always the possibility that the Big Beautiful Bill that requires a lot of promises fulfilled by those voting on the Bill which results in the elevation of its moniker to "fat pickings" shall confront a timely resurrection of DOGE which reduces the Bill to "slim pickings". A hope, for the current momentarily (yes, a dynamic moment) final implementation. I say prayers.
