The united nations facilities in all locations in all countries will be more useful if they are repurposed to mental health treatment centers. Start the transition of the facilities with the current people working in those places by changing the definition from employee to treatment recipient (patient). Over the last few decades there has been a plethora of word changes that are practically meaningless or to be more accurate, they are oxymoronic. This change from the word employee should convey the intended meaning of the replacement words.
