“If everything remains the same” is an important premise used in the projection of fear of climate change. May it be suggested that nothing remains the same. If someone harbors the fear of oceans rising regardless of how convinced they are that ending is inevitable, that ending is not even feasible because actually nothing remains the same. Continents move, mountains rise, shapes, even the Earth’s, and climates, change. That may help explain why some of the most wealthy protagonists of “climate change” stake their claim on residences along the seacoast. Then, it can be said those same people are filling the role of climate deniers.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
