One of the issues within the entire scheme of this natural physical universe that does not seem to change is not a physical aspect of the universe. Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
