The following headline could make sense to someone who has a dissociative mental process “In a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court has officially ruled that businesses have the right to discriminate against LGBTQ+ Americans.” The result of a comprehensive analytical thought process will reveal that not mentioned is a segment of American people that should be included in the group of Americans effected in addition to LGBTQ+. That is, the group of all thieves. In the majority of locations for a majority of businesses, businesses are “legally” permitted even expected to discriminate against people who expect the business to provide products for free.
Is not that blatant discrimination? Perhaps discrimination is a valid defense.
