One certainty for people who think they are poor or unsuccessful because of others, is they will always be poor or unsuccessful because others don’t know they are poor and unsuccessful because of them. Those others are busy being successful for themselves and their families.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
