There is a difference between a person who is careless and people who could care less. E.G., the ACA. People can be careless and have medical problems as a result, but bureaucracies could care less about you, your medical problems and the results of their decisions.
E.G., Kathleen Sebelius: “this is an incredibly agonizing situation where someone lives and someone dies”. A very important question is why Kathleen Sebelius wants to be in the position to make this decision? Ms. Sebelius decided to let the patient die. Re: Sarah Murnaghan lung transplant recipient as a result of a court order. Not the result of a bureaucrat politician.
