The phrase “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” was written by William Shakespeare. It has endured through history. However, the stage has changed. A corollary seems to be more apropos to the current winds circulating through civilization. All the world’s a circus, and many men and women merely clowns in the ring.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research.
