Think of the people working in government as investment advisors. Are their “investment” decisions helping you in any way? Have they improved your life? Has your investment increased in value? Are there any investments you can identify that are yours? How is the $17* $31 trillion in debt to be repaid? The loans were used for your investments. How much of the debt are you obligated to pay back?
Or, do you earn less than before? Have your retirement investments increased or are you planning on retiring on $2400 per month or less for 20 years or more? Do you owe more than you did before?
