Liberals, progressives, democrats say there is a causal relationship between people who are unsuccessful and people who are successful. People are unsuccessful as a result of other people who are working to be successful. If so, then the inverse is true. People are successful as a result of other people who are working to be unsuccessful. Or translated, if the unsuccessful worked to be successful then the successful would not be as successful, if at all.
