Government is comprised of people who assert they care about you when they are paid to express that care. Your family, friends, neighbors and fellow citizens express their care when needed and without qualification.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
