To consider what is fair: if a terrorist act is committed by someone in the country on an expired or illegal visa, is the visa is to be blamed, the state department to be blamed, the state department employee to be blamed, the act itself to be blamed, the device used to commit the act to be blamed, the victims to be blamed or perhaps the terrorist?
With the nonsense being prescribed by our fellow citizens who work for the government, it may be appropriate to place the blame on them first. Those same fellow citizens are having no difficulty blaming us for all the problems.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
