The bho legacy is described best by bho himself when he made the comment about the Malaysian Airline plane shot down in the Ukraine. His comment is “determine what happened and why”. In many of the situations bho found himself he used this phrase or a variation of the phrase. The sad and unfortunate aspect is that seldom is what happened determined and even less often is the reason why it happened revealed. Even worse, the reasons seem to be of little to no concern.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research.
