If some liberals are not being deceitful, when those very liberals profess to really believe that people who think and call themselves Muslims who commit terrorist violent acts in the name of Islam, are not actually Muslim, then those liberals have created a vicarious reality for themselves.
This vicarious reality is similar and related to a type of thought in which a person creates an imaginary memoir of their life which should be called a composite (faux) biography.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability.
