Under privileged is a more accurate phrase than most people who use the phrase intend it to mean. All Americans are born with inherent advantage (privilege) just because they are Americans. By their choices they decide how to over or under utilize, waste or forfeit all privileges.

An *abstract metaphor that describes while at the same time is defining the meaning of censorship. Cleaning up the mess created by throwing a Karo saturated pancake at a wall at a sponsored community breakfast consisting of free pancakes.
