Our neighbors who decide to work as government have decided to prepare their own Bible. It is titled the U.S. Code of federal regulations. It has been even less successful at achieving its goals than has the Bible been successful. To make things even worse they keep rampantly adding to the Code.

I have comfort in knowing that everything is going according to plan. The glitch seems to be knowing beforehand whose* and which plan is on the marquee and will play out regardless.
