If you condone bullying someone for something they said, you are condoning the mentality of retaliation. That mentality spurs such reactions as Newtown, CT and Marjorie Stoneman Douglas school shootings. It is challenging to determine who was perpetrating the injuries and who was perpetrating the hurtful, perhaps hateful pain?
