Liberals, progressives may not see the inherent self-destructive results of the ideologies. If liberals, progressives believe they have a right to take what others have just because those others have more of what liberals, progressives want, a condition sometimes referred to as either social justice or income inequality, it is just as logical that other liberal progressives will think the same about what another group of liberals, progressives have and will ultimately devour the other liberals, progressives. Envy, coveting and jealousy are insatiable demons.
This philosophy is the same reasoning that every thief has when he steals.
It can be argued that people who work as government are organized legalized thieves.

To turn my leering leaching eye to the realm of "Notes", for example "Community Notes" and all other sources of information sometimes also called data either for or not for "checking" or any other purpose such as research. What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
