Why do socialists, communists, marxists, leftists, liberals, progressives and others use the “village” as a community and political organizational unit? Within the community a foundational ideological characteristic is unassignable responsibility that community governance encompasses. I.E., point your finger at someone else when asked who is responsible. As opposed to a cooperative structured organization that maintains the individual responsibility to and of each member of the cooperative.

Maybe the most self-beneficial reconciling penance administered by/for/to humans is performed by politicians who have a blinding trust in the concept employed as preventative responsibility contained within the theory of plausible deniability. That, on judgement day penance may be translated to the language of individual responsibility and will fail the Judge's inquiry and be passed on as the administration of justice.
