If the answer is no to any or all of the above questions, you have no right to ask fellow citizens, who are unknown taxpayers to pay for your contraceptives. If you think you should compel taxpayers to do so, then be prepared for taxpayers to require you to have a hysterectomy. That lets taxpayers know that you will not waste the fruits of the citizens' labor on self-indulgent activities that will not improve taxpaying citizens' good.
