Politicians, particularly those in D.C. are demonstrating their successful education, understanding and implementation of the mathematics of legislation. The math includes addition, multiplication and division. Not included is their introduction and instruction of the subtraction function. Subtraction is used only as a last resort. Some politicians, but more likely many of them do not comprehend subtraction.

It struck me that the result from the effort to rid the past of the history of slavery now may come to the perfect ending with the elimination of a past problem that doesn't exist now. That itself deserves the "Go figure" award.
