The entire government has turned into a group of lousy writers who are creating laws that are more fantasy than non-fiction. To make matters worse they do not know the difference otherwise they would not write such bad stories and they would want you to edit it even when they do not even take the time to review it.
A description that comes to mind is professionally unprofessional.

What I am quite but not completely sure of is that I would support not preventing anyone from not doing what they do not want to do. However, in some situations I would not recommend such behavior.
