The deceitful lying being casually propagated by elected, hired, subcontracted and individuals and organizations funded by government seems to be increasing. Perhaps an Addendum to the 5th Amendment is needed. The Addendum would advise anyone who is involved in any dealings with government, directly or indirectly in any form, that they are always under oath and that they are subject to perjury for all the words and actions they conduct either officially or unofficially, publicly or privately. If a person cannot conduct them self without fear of committing perjury their simple alternative is to plead the 5th. Ask Lois Lerner if that works.
