Liberalism, progressivism is about preventing things from happening. For example, the greatest depression since the beginning of the universe, or the rising of the oceans, or the destruction of “nature”. Never about accomplishing something tangible. You never know if something was prevented because it never happens. Such as the administration has prevented everyone from being unemployed. At least until now.
