If a politician advocates for taking from the rich to give to his constituents, under the cloak of fairness he is nothing but a thief, a robber, a con artist. He is more than useless because not only does he not improve the common good but in fact lowers the well-being of the common good. The reason is that the money he skims from the top is wasted, I.E., his wages. His actions have no economic value. He contributes and produces nothing of value.
