Disclaimer: Advice can ultimately turnout to be either good or bad. It should be given with caution. I try to avoid dishing it out.
There is one issue about which I shall take a risk. I recommend that a person should not at all or should carefully rely on comments, opinions or statements from someone who will not, does not or cannot listen to others who have a different perspective than their own about any issue.

Strictly my personal preference is not to search for things to worry about for which I get the thought (impression) that someone is worrying about that or those things. Unless it concerns me.
Footnote: Practice makes perfect. A statement I have thought about (worry) that has never been proven and most likely will never be.
