Politicians are in trouble because they think spending money solves problems. They cannot identify one social problem that has been solved in all of history. Money is not a drug. It is not an inspiration. It is not an education. Rather, money should be characterized as a route to mental constipation. Politicians refuse to take the physic to correct it.
